On-Site Building & Delivery Policy

🏗️ How We're Different: On-Site Construction

We BUILD your shed directly at your location! Unlike pre-fab sheds that are delivered assembled, our 3rd generation carpenters come to your property and construct your custom shed on-site. This means no shipping in the traditional sense - we bring the materials and expertise to you.

We proudly serve the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding Texas communities, including Paradise, Bridgeport, Decatur, Weatherford, and small towns across North Texas. We focus on areas outside major city centers to provide personalized service without permit complications.

Build Timeline

7-14 days from order to completion:

  • Days 1-5: Material ordering and scheduling
  • Days 6-7: Site visit and preparation confirmation
  • Days 8-14: On-site construction (typically 1-2 days)

Weather permitting. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Site Requirements

Before we arrive to build your shed:

  • Level ground area (we can work with slight slopes)
  • Clear access path for our truck (standard driveway width)
  • Minimum 2 feet clearance on all sides of shed location
  • Remove any obstacles (rocks, debris, low branches)

🚚 Build Day Process

What to Expect: We'll contact you the day before to confirm timing. Our team arrives with materials and tools, constructs your shed on-site (usually completed in 1 day for standard sizes), performs quality checks throughout construction, completes final inspection with you, and ensures you're 100% satisfied before we leave. Your shed is ready to use immediately!

Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled build date. After that window, materials have been ordered and crews scheduled, so cancellation fees may apply.

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

Returns After Installation

Due to the custom-built nature of our sheds, returns are not accepted once construction is complete. Each shed is built specifically for your property location and cannot be resold. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship 100%.

Defects, Damage & Warranty Issues

If you experience any issues with your shed:

  • Report within 30 days for warranty claims
  • Document with photos showing the issue

  • We'll schedule a service visit to repair or replace defective materials/workmanship at no charge

What's Covered

  • Structural defects in materials or workmanship
  • Manufacturing defects in hardware or components
  • Construction errors made by our team
  • Material defects discovered within warranty period

What's NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from use
  • Damage from weather events (storms, floods, etc.)
  • Damage from misuse or neglect
  • Changes in wood appearance due to weathering
  • Modifications made by anyone other than SE Yard Solutions
  • Issues caused by improper site preparation

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (cancellations before build) are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed and installed sheds
  • Custom modifications or add-ons after installation
  • Site preparation services (if purchased separately)

All sheds include warranty coverage for structural integrity, workmanship defects, and material defects. Specific terms provided with your purchase documentation.
